Beer Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 can beer
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Tabasco sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped (I use 1015, if available)
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 -8 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a shallow glass baking dish, large enough to hold meat in one layer.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    Marinade meat for at least 30 minutes, The longer you let it sit, the better!

    Recipe can be doubled for large quantities of meat.
