Beer Marinated Steaks

Ingredients

  • 6 x 200g scoth fillet or sirloin steaks
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons seeded mustard
  • 1 tablespoon HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon VEGEMITE
  • 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary

Directions

    Place steaks in a single layer in a dish.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.

    Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally.

    Remove the steaks from the marinade and reserve.

    BBQ the steaks over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade until cooked to your liking.

    Serve immdeiately.
