Beer Venison Chops

- 4 or 5 venison chops or steaks
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can beer
Directions

1Brown chops in bacon grease and pour off fat.

2Blend brown sugar, catsup and beer.

3Pour over chops.

4Cook in an electric frypan until tender, about 1 hour (may need to add a little water as it cooks down).

5Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
