- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. cooked, grated beets
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3 1/3 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Sprinkle lemon juice over beets. Mix remaining ingredients.

3Combine mixtures.

4Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pan.
