- 4 c. juice from cooked beets
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 pkg. pectin
- 6 c. sugar
Directions

1Bring beet juice and lemon juice to a boil.

2Add pectin and bring to a full boil.

3Add sugar and boil until it jells (5 to 7 minutes).

4Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

5Do not double recipe.
