  • 2 qts. cooked, peeled beets (cut lg. ones in sm. pieces)
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed

Directions

    Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar.

    Bring to boil. Add beets and celery seeds; simmer for 20 minutes.

    Seal in hot sterilized jars.
