- 1 pkg. Sure-Jell
- 3 oz. pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 c. sugar
Directions

1Leave roots and about 3-inches of tops on beets. Wash well and cook until tender. Strain juice and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and fill jelly jars.
