- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 c. grated horseradish
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 pt. vinegar
Directions

1Put the beets and cabbage through the food chopper and add other ingredients in the order given.

2Let stand at least 24 hours before using.

3This relish will keep well in a covered crock with a little salad oil poured over it.
