  • 2 cans chopped beets (save juice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello

Directions

    Add beet juice to sugar.

    Heat to boiling to melt sugar and jello.

    Mix with beets.

    Add 2 tablespoons horseradish and mold as desired.
