  • 1 (810 g) can baby beets, chilled
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon chives, snipped

Directions

    Drain, wash and drain the beetroot.
