- 4 slices rye bread
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 lb. sauerkraut
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 4 slices Swiss cheese, cut in pieces
Directions

1Grease square baking dish.

2Spread mustard on one side of each slice of rye bread.

3Cut bread in 1/2-inch cubes.

4Scatter over bottom of dish.

5Crumble corned beef over bread.

6In large bowl, mix sauerkraut, soup, water and relish until blended.

7Spoon over corned beef.

8Cover with microwave paper.

9Microwave on High about 8 minutes (turning twice).

10Place cheese on top and warm until cheese melts.

11Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
