- 1/2 lb. hot sausage
- 1/2 lb. regular sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
Directions

1Toast muffins and cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Top muffins with sausage.

3Mix beaten eggs, milk, pepper and mustard; pour over muffins and sausage.

4Cover with grated cheese.

5Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
