- 2 lb. ground steak
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 pods garlic, chopped
- 2 large bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. grated cheese (rat trap)
Directions

1Brown meat in heavy roaster.

2Add vegetables; saute until onion is clear.

3Add soup, water, salt and pepper.

4Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.

5Turn fire up to get mixture hot.

6Add rice; stir with fork.

7Turn heat off.

8Sprinkle with cheese.

9Cover tightly until cheese melts.
