- 1 doz. red peppers
- 3 large onions
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Grind first 3 ingredients and mix together.

2Pour boiling water over mixture.

3Drain.

4Pour boiling water over again.

5Let stand for 10 more minutes, then drain.

6Add vinegar, salt and sugar.

7Add spices to taste.

8Let cook for 10 minutes.

9Cool and pack in jars.
