- 8 to 10 yellow squash
- 6 crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter
Directions

1Cook squash in small amount of salted water until tender. Drain and mash.

2Add cracker crumbs, milk, eggs, onion and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

3Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole; dot with butter.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
