  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 25 ml gin
  • 25 ml vermouth
  • 3 ice cubes, to serve

    Combine all the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake well.

    Double strain into a Martini glass and decorate with the passion fruit slice.
