- 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 bottle Heinz chile sauce
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- Tabasco to taste
Directions

1Cook meat until tender; cool and shred.

2Add to large pot the meat and all the above ingredients.

3Cook at least 2 hours.

4Serve on toasted buns with cole slaw and pickle.
