Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 bottle Heinz chile sauce
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

    Cook meat until tender; cool and shred.

    Add to large pot the meat and all the above ingredients.

    Cook at least 2 hours.

    Serve on toasted buns with cole slaw and pickle.
