Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck or round
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild to hot)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes or stewed tomatoes with onions, basil and garlic
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 2 cans Campbell's minestrone soup

Directions

    Brown ground meat and onion.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. After meat is browned, add other ingredients and cook about 30 minutes. May add a little water if it cooks down too much. Good served with grated cheese and sour cream on top.
