   In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and water.

   Add pudding and beat well.

   Chill for 5 minutes.

   Fold in beaten whipping cream.

   Spoon in 2 cups pudding mix into a 3-quart glass serving bowl.

   Top with 1/2 the wafers, then 1/2 the strawberries, then 1/2 the bits.

   Repeat layering.

   Garnish with bits on top. Chill.
