  • 500 g frozen raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 tsp cornflower
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 dl flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 dl caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2,5 dl milk

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 175 C

    Defrost the berries.

    Put the berries in an ovenproof dish, and mix them with the cornflower.

    Melt the butter, add all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the butter and milk, mix until a smooth batter.

    Pour the batter over the berries, place the mold in the middle of the oven a bake for about 40 min
  6. 6
    Serve the cobbler with some ice cream.
