Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 46-ounce bottle cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1 c. frozen blueberries or raspberries (do not thaw)
  • mint sprigs (optional)

Directions

    Place the berries in a blender.

    Add the cranberry juice to within 1 inch of the top of the blender.

    Blend until the fruit is crushed and mixed.

    Serve the dessert in a stemmed glass topped with a sprig of mint.
