Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, previously peeled, cut, and frozen.
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (could use any variety of fruit you like)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (I substitute a small scoop of protein powder sometimes)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cup fresh spinach

Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender and mix until creamy.

    Add more milk or berries to thin or thicken to your liking.

    Best served fresh.
