- 1 banana, previously peeled, cut, and frozen.
- 1/2 cup strawberries (could use any variety of fruit you like)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (I substitute a small scoop of protein powder sometimes)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 cup fresh spinach
Directions

1Place all ingredients in blender and mix until creamy.

2Add more milk or berries to thin or thicken to your liking.
