- 3 cups raspberries
- 23 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or 2 teaspoons lime juice
Directions

1In food processor with knife blade attached, blend berries until pureed.

2Sift 1/2 to 2/3 cup powdered sugar over berries; pulse until smooth.

3Press berry mixture through medium mesh sieve to remove seeds.

4Discard seeds.

5Stir in 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice.

6Takse and adjust sugar and juice.

7Cover and refrigerate if not serving immediately.

8Sauce with thicken upon standing.

9Whisk just before serving if necessary.

10Keep sauce refrigerated and use within 3 days.
