Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar Or Stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Dill, Finely Chopped, Divided
  • 5 whole Persian Cucumbers, Peeled And Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Very Finely Diced
  • 12 whole Radishes, Thinly Sliced

Directions

    In a serving bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, coconut sugar, sea salt and a little bit of the dill. Mix well together to create dressing.

    Add cucumbers and onions and mix well to spread dressing around. Add radishes and mix well.

    Garnish with remaining dill and serve.
