  • 1/4 lb. sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • bacon slices, halved

Directions

    Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup water, sausage, butter and egg in a bowl, mixing well.

    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.

    Wrap bacon around each; secure with a pick.

    Place on a rack in a baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
