  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Juice of one lemon
  • 4 Anchovy fillets
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 cup Light extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Salt and black pepper

Directions

    Using a blender, blend together all of the ingredients (except for the oil) on low for 20 seconds.

    With the blender running and on moderate speed, slowly drizzle in the oil.
