- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine butter, sugar, pulp and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Dissolved baking soda in hot water.

2Add to pulp mixture.

3Stir well.

4Alternately add flour and milk, stirring well after each addition.

5Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 275° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
