- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1 can plain tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 doz. tortillas
Directions

1Mix onion and cheese together.

2Mix oil and tomato sauce together.

3Pour half sauce into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Put a couple of tablespoons cheese mixture on corn tortilla and roll up. Place in baking dish.

5Continue until all cheese mixture is finished.

6Pour remaining sauce on rolled up tortillas.

7Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
