- 4 large potatoes, unpeeled + chopped into chunky chips
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 salt + pepper
Directions

1preheat fryer to temperature.

2brush chips in oil so lightly coated.

3mix dry ingrediants together.

4coat chips in the seasoned flour.

5deep fry them for 5 mins or until golden brown + set aside to drain.

6once drained put back in the oil briefly before serving to crisp them up.

7lovely with garlic mayonnaise or soured cream
