  • 4 large potatoes, unpeeled + chopped into chunky chips
  • 1 vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 salt + pepper

Directions

    preheat fryer to temperature.

    brush chips in oil so lightly coated.

    mix dry ingrediants together.

    coat chips in the seasoned flour.

    deep fry them for 5 mins or until golden brown + set aside to drain.

    once drained put back in the oil briefly before serving to crisp them up.

    lovely with garlic mayonnaise or soured cream
