- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. unseasoned (warm) mashed potatoes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve the yeast in the water.

2Stir in everything except the flour.

3Mix well.

4Stir in half the flour at first, then add enough to make it easy to handle.

5Knead for 5 minutes.

6Use however much you need; place remaining dough in greased bowl and turn the dough greased side up.

7Cover and store no longer than 5 days.
