  • 1 box graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped

Directions

    Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder; add remaining ingredients in order given.

    Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 275°. Increase to 350° and bake 30 more minutes.

    Put a pan of water under cake while baking.
