- 1 turkey breast (6 to 7 lb.)
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large onion, cut
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Thaw turkey breast in refrigerator.

2Wash and dry well.

3Rub outside well with salt and pepper.

4Also sprinkle some on the inside.

5Fill cavity with chunks of celery and onion.

6Wrap breast good and tight with aluminum foil.

7Put in crock-pot.

8Add 1 cup of water.

9Turn to high for about an hour.

10Reduce to low and cook all night.

11You will have lots of good broth and the turkey breast will be nice and juicy and tender.
