Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water (105~ to 120~)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. bread flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add salt, eggs and sugar.

3Mix. Blend vegetable oil into mixture.

4Pour mixture into a large bowl and begin adding flour.

5Knead dough for 5 minutes.

6When dough is smooth and satiny, place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk.

7Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape dough into rolls.

8Let rise until doubled. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes.

9Makes 2 dozen rolls.
