Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water (105~ to 120~)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 c. bread flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Add salt, eggs and sugar.

    Mix. Blend vegetable oil into mixture.

    Pour mixture into a large bowl and begin adding flour.

    Knead dough for 5 minutes.

    When dough is smooth and satiny, place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk.

    Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape dough into rolls.

    Let rise until doubled. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes.

    Makes 2 dozen rolls.
