- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1/3 c. diced green pepper
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. diced American cheese
Directions

1Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 7 to 10 minutes; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

3Season to taste. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.

4Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes.
