- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can mushroom soup or celery soup (celery is best)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Butter the casserole dish.

2Add green beans.

3Spread out even, then put a layer of corn on top of beans.

4Mix sour cream, onions, cheese and soup together and pour on top of corn.

5Take a stack of Ritz crackers and roll out real fine.

6Mix 1 stick of butter or margarine and spread on top.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
