- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Mix sugar and syrup with melted butter.

2Add beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.

3Add pecans to syrup; mix well.

4Pour in pie shell and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

5Lower oven temperature to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer.

6Pie is done when center of pie shakes a little.
