- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 6 large eggs
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
Directions

1Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add salt and flavorings; beat well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

4Stir in flour; beat well.

5Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.

6Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
