  • 1 pch Saffron threads Salt and freshly grnd white pepper
  • 2 x 1-lb. squabs
  • 3 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Orange-flower water
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Sliced almonds, toasted and lightly drushed with a rilling pin

  • 3/4 c. Clarified butter Confectioners sugar
