  • 3 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients together and place in a 6 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix the brown sugar, flour, shortening, oatmeal and butter together.

    Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Serve with milk or cream.
