- 3 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients together and place in a 6 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix the brown sugar, flour, shortening, oatmeal and butter together.

2Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Serve with milk or cream.
