  • 1 (46 oz.) jar kosher dill pickles
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. pickling spice, tied in cheesecloth

Directions

    Drain and rinse pickles with cold water.

    Slice thin. Dissolve sugar in vinegar.

    Pour this mixture over the sliced dills and let set 4 to 6 hours.
