Betsy'S Quick & Easy Artichoke Dip

- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts (packed in water, not oil) or (14 ounce) can artichoke bottoms (packed in water, not oil)
- 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese (fresh, not canned)
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small garlic clove (minced)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain the artichokes from the can. Coarsely chop them.

2Combine chopped chokes, cheeses, mayo, and garlic in a small oven-proof serving dish.

3Add fresh ground pepper and salt to taste.

4Bake in oven at 375 - 400 until melted.

5To be served next day, just re-heat in microwave. Recipe can be doubled.
