Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/2 to 1 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 25 pieces lumpia wrappers (egg roll wrapper; available at Oriental store)
- 2 egg whites
- cooking oil
Directions

1Fry ground beef until brown; remove grease.

2Combine with cabbage, carrots, onion and raisins.

3Add soy sauce while stirring vegetables with meat.

4Add dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

5Cool in a colander to drain fat.

6Wrap in lumpia wrappers.

7Rub egg whites to seal.

8Fry in cooking oil until brown. Makes 25 egg rolls.
