- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1/4 c. grated onion (green)
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped cucumber
- pepper
- onion or celery salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1After grating and chopping vegetables, use paper towels to press out excess liquid.

2Mix all ingredients.

3Spread on white sandwich bread with crusts trimmed.

4Cut into quarters or triangles.
