  • 1 cup chana (gram) flour
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 potato grated
  • 1 onion grated or chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. spinach. corn. mint etc.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 chopped cilantro and spring onions
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and cumin powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

    Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth thick batter.

    add little water if needed.

    Heat waffle grid n brush with oil..

    Drop spoonfuls of batter n cook till lightly browned..

    Enjoy with green chillies chutney or hot sauce..

    Heat oil in pot n drop spoonfuls in hot deep oil.. Fry till golden brown..
