- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 potato grated
- 1 onion grated or chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. spinach. corn. mint etc.
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 chopped cilantro and spring onions
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and cumin powder
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth thick batter.

3Heat waffle grid n brush with oil..

4Drop spoonfuls of batter n cook till lightly browned..
