  • 2 cup Rice puffs or kurmura
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1/2 cup tamarind and jaggery pulp
  • 1 salt
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

    Make the pulp of tamarind and jaggery by heating it and straining out the pulp.

    Finely chop tomato, onion,chilly.Smash the potato and mix well.

    Add the rice puffs, lemon juice , tamrind pulp & salt together mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve immediately!!
