  • 1.Ladies finger (sliced) -400 Gms
  • 2.Oil -For deep fry
  • 3.Gram flour- 100gms
  • 4.Rice flour - 2tbsp
  • 5.Ginger garlic paste -2tsp
  • 6.Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • 7.Chili powder- 1 1/2 tsp
  • 8.Asafoetida- A pinch
  • 9.Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp
  • 10.Salt -To taste
  • 12.Water -As required

Directions

    Clean and wipe the bhindi without water, then cut into slices.

    Take all your sliced bhindi in a bowl then add ginger garlic paste, and all spice powder along with salt and Ajinomoto mix well then marinate for 5 minutes

    Add gram flour and rice flour mix well, just sprinkle water if necessary. (Melted Vanashpathy give more crispiness to the bhindi)

    Heat oil in a pan and add bhindies gently into the oil and Fry till crispy or golden brown on slow flame.

    Then Serve hot.
