- 2 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Boil coconut milk and rice with salt.

2Boil until quite dry.

3Lower heat and add brown sugar.

4Melt butter and brush bottom of baking pan.

5Pour rice mixture in pan.

6Pour coconut cream and sugar on top.

7Bake for 15 minutes or until golden on top.
