- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. white flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2In another bowl, stir the liquid ingredients together.

3Gradually add the liquid to the dry ingredients; mix the dough well.

4Lightly oil and flour a cookie sheet.

5Pat dough out until it is 1/2-inch thick.

6(Cover your fingers with flour to keep the dough from sticking.)

7Prick the dough with a fork, then bake the dough at 425° for about 10 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
