Preheat oven to 275°.

Mix all ingredients.

Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Bake at 275° for about 1 1/2 hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

You may have to cook longer, depending on size of pan used.

Batter may be divided into individual muffin cups and cooked at 275° for 40 to 45 minutes.
