  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • cooking spray

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet, drain.

    Add cabbage and cook 5 minutes longer.

    Add soup mix and pepper, set aside.

    Roll one loaf of bread dough into a 16 x 8 inch rectangle, then cut into eight 4 inch squares. Spoon mixture into center of each square, bring up diagonal points, pinching edges closed.

    Turn square upside down on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Let rise for 15 minutes.

    Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
